Contacting students via email, phone or by text may be used for the following purpose

• To follow up an enquiry
• In the event of a class being cancelled
• If you have requested to be contacted when a class space becomes available
• Information about an event

• Address details are stored for the infill of our banking system

Photos

• Photos are used for event posters, handouts and our website. All images are used with the permission of our students

Listed on our Registers

• Your name
• Details if your class/workshop has been pre-paid
• Noted, any injuries or health conditions
• A tick box for attendance
• Registers are printed then shredded once the attendance is noted for accountancy purposes

Who will have access

• Teachers at the Maidstone Yoga Centre will have access to your information in order ensure a professional service
• UK Iyengar yoga association, this will only include students registering for teacher training/mentorship

• If you have subscribed to our malling list – Information will be sent out to inform you of up and coming events
• You can unsubscribe at anytime
